We want you to be delighted with your experience, so we stand behind our products and service with a 100% guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item, refund the purchase amount, or offer other accommodations to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase and delivery. Items marked as final sale are not returnable. We do not charge a fee for canceling an order or for restocking. If a product is damaged or returned and needs to be picked up, a delivery driver from Green will do so. Contact Green to receive a return shipping authorization. Green will cover delivery pick-up costs on returned delivery orders.

Canceling Fresh Flower Orders

To ensure you receive the freshest flowers, your order is handmade shortly before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Orders that contain custom-fresh flowers must be canceled by 10 a.m. on the day the order is scheduled for delivery or pickup. Please email orders@greenfreshflorals.com if you need to cancel an order or call the store directly at 619-544-0504.
